Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellations

  • Clients can cancel a service subscription at any time.
  • Cancellations must be requested via email at go2rute@gmail.com.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available if canceled within the first 14 days.
  • Custom Development Services: Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
