We understand that plans change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Service Cancellations
- Clients can cancel a service subscription at any time.
- Cancellations must be requested via email at go2rute@gmail.com.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available if canceled within the first 14 days.
- Custom Development Services: Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
